Our equipment was specifically designed to be intuitive to install and use.  But if you need help, you receive expert help from the people who know the product the best - the ones who designed it!


You may order by phone or email.  When ordering by email, please provide your shipping address and telephone number.

We will submit a Paypal payment invoice from which you may pay by using most credit cards. 

You may also send a check or money order to us.  All checks including e-checks are subject to verification which will cause a slight delay in shipping.


Due to international government regulations, we do not ship to other countries with the exception of Canada. 

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all products are in stock.  Your order will be shipped by either Fedex or U.P.S. Ground between 2 and 4 business days from the time of cleared payent and we will provide a shipment tracking number.  If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical adress as the ship-to address.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes with the exception of vacuum tubes.

Delivery time to any of the 50 states or Puerto Rico is normally 1 to 6 business days from shipment.  Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

A direct signature will be required upon delivery.

APO / FPO addresses and other U.S. territories, please allow extra time for delivery.


Our products are packed well beyond shipping carriers' requirements.  All products are shipped double-boxed for safe delivery.  Please keep the product's packaging.  You'll need it if you have to return or move your item.


We want you to enjoy the items you purchase from Wright Audio.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are complete and in new condition for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

You may choose an exchange or a refund.

Shipping costs are not refunded.  There are no other fees with the following exceptions:  The Wright Audio Ambience 10PH and Mini-Speakers have a $15 repacking fee.

Refunds must be issued to the same credit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

We may refuse a customer return or charge a fee when the returned item is not like new.  Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or fees include:

1.)  Item is missing parts or the original product packing material.
2.)  Item was damaged because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
3.)  Item was mishandled or abused during use.
4.)  Warranty seals have been tampered with.


Step 1 - Get a Return Authorization

Request a return authorization online by emailing us or calling.  A box shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Step 2 - Pack your item carefully.
Return items in the original packaging if the boxes are in good condition, complete with all acessories and manuals.  Items must be returned double-boxed.  Never use rigid foam sheets for packing.  They do not absorb shocks and may cause damage to electronics.

Step 3 - Ship the box by UPS or Fedex fully insured for the entire value.
The return shipping address will accompany the Return Authorization Number provided to you.

After we receive the package, we normally process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.
